LAW OF OBLIGATIONS BASED AGREEMENT
A notarised law of obligations based purchase and sale agreement will be made with the client. Buyer will pay to seller, at making the agreement, 15% of purchase price of the condominium.
REAL RIGHTS AGREEMENT
After completion of the apartment building a notarised real rights agreement will be made and the right of ownership to apartment will transfer to buyer.
At making the real rights agreement buyer will pay to seller or to the notary’s deposit account 85% of purchase price of the condominium.
In case the purchase is financed by a bank or a credit institution operating in Estonia, the purchase price will be paid to the seller after making the notarised agreement.
THE PRICE OF APARTMENT INCLUDES
Accession fees to water supply and sewerage
Accession to district heating network
Supply shall be subject to the nature of building materials and equipment
Interior decoration shall be subject to the package offered by developer
THE PRICE OF APARTMENT DOES NOT INCLUDE
Notary fees related to making the purchase and sale agreements of the real property, possible notary fees for establishing the mortgage, state fees payable for recordation of property in the register of deeds
Accession fees to plain old telephone service, data communication and cable TV.

Wall paper works with materials
Eventual additional works
Management will be supplied as a comprehensive service.
